Shipping, Refunds and Your Privacy!

Shipping & Order Information

  • Most orders ship within 24-48 hours not including weekends. Please note there may be days when orders do not ship within this time frame due to high volumes of orders, or uncontrollable factors such as weather and carrier pickups. We always do our best to get your package out as quickly as possible.
  • Custom orders will take extra time.
  • Made to order items (embroidery, etc) take a minimum of 3 – 5 business days
  • Once your order ships you will receive your tracking by email. You can also access this information at any time by logging into your account.
  • We are closed Saturday and Sunday and major holidays.
  • We do our best to make sure our inventory is accurate at all times. If an item you purchased is however out of stock or on back order, we will contact you by phone or email to make arrangements for your shipment.
  • Simple Stuff Creations will not be held responsible for delayed shipments by carrier. Your package must be missing for 14 days before we can remedy. If your package becomes lost or missing, we will be required to file a claim with the carrier (if you purchased insurance) before reshipping goods. We will happily send a new package immediately but it must be paid for upfront by purchasing on the website. Then we will refund the first package once found/returned or claim approved by carrier.
  • We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to customer error. If such packages do return to us the customer is responsible for the reshipment shipping fees to send out again.

STANDARD SHIPPING is via USPS Shipping insurance is available at checkout. You will see a Standard Shipping option and also a Standard Shipping option with insurance.

Returns Policy

Simple Stuff Creations allows up to 10 days upon delivery of order to report any defective, damaged, or missing product(s) for support in resolution. Any requests after 10 days of delivery will be denied.

Digital files/orders are NON-REFUNDABLE

All clearance sales are final.

  • YOU MUST CONTACT US TO REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
  • Please contact us email at patti@simplestuffcreations to request a return authorization and instructions for your return. If the error is on our part we will certainly make it right.
  • Please note we do not refund your initial shipping fees, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will inspect your return before issuing any refund/exchange. Orders that shipped free will have the shipping charges deducted from the order total before refund is processed.
